The rehearsal dinner is really a special dinner to celebrate the friends and family helping you get down the aisle. Traditionally hosted by the grooms family the rehearsal dinner allows you some extra time and celebrating with special friends and family. Omaha has options to suit every taste and budget.
If you are looking for upscale or casual and relaxed, steakhouse, mexican or Italian. Omaha has great options for rehearsal dinners all over town.
Here is a list of some of my favorites:
Upstream Brewing Company– Upstream has 2 locations one downtown and one out west. Great food and a casual atmosphere. A full bar and great food make this a fabulous choice.
Another downtown option is the Old Mattress Factory– There is a separate party room. The menu is eclectic with many choices from flatbread to steak. Definitly check this one out if your guests are staying downtown.
Want Steak? If you are looking for upscale Steakhouse downtown there are two amazing options and both have amazing food and both provide you your own separate space. Spencers or Sullivans. Both also feature delicious sea food choices.
Sushi? If you’d like to give your guest an one of a kind experience I’d recommend Blue Sushi Sake Grill. The location in the Old Market has a separate space and what a fabulous menu! Your party will be unforgettable!
If you would rather have a space away from downtown there is a spectacular space for your group at Pasta Amore in RockBrook villiage. Traditional Italian food and great service in your own space with your own bar.
Another Italian option with the perfect ambiance for your dinner is Biaggis. You are provided your own space and the affordable menu is delicious! Can I just say I love their bread!
Looking for Mexican options? La Mesa Restaurants all provide party rooms. Good food and an affordable option. They have locations all over Omaha and Council Bluffls.
Rojas downtown has a separate area for your party and of course amazing food! This will be perfect if your guests are staying downtown.
Buffet? An affordable, casual, choice with food to suit everyone’s taste is Valentinos. Some locations have separate space for your group and such and abundance of choices for a special dinner!
Of course I cannot list all the amazing options Omaha has to offer. There is also the option to rent a space and have it catered or if you have the space do a dinner party at home! It would be a blast in the spring or summer to host an outdoor bbq or picnic.
Whatever you want for your Omaha rehearsal dinner there are so many options and remember the most important part is to relax and enjoy our family and friends. Don’t party to late so everyone can be fresh for your big event the next day! Comment and let me know what type of rehearsal dinner you are planning.
